Situated in Bowness on windermere, at the end of the Dales Way walk, our room only guest house is within a 5 minute walk of the boats and attractions – just a short walk away from the World of Beatrix Potter. - Walking time 25 mins down hill, 1.2 miles in total
- Exit station and proceed left onto High street, left again onto main road A5074
- Continue for 0.9mile until you reach Biskey Howe Rd on your left,
- Follow this for 100m, and Craig walk and Bowness Guest House is on your left
- Leave M6 Motorway at Jct 36 heading for windermere A591
- 24 mins (16.5 miles)
- As you approach Windermere, the train station is on your left
- Turn onto High St and follow the one-way system through Windermere
- Then bare left onto main road A5074
- Continue for 0.9mile, just after Beresford’s Restaurant/Bar turn left onto Biskey Howe Road and follow for 100m
- Craig walk and Bowness Guest House is on your left
