A wide choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is on your doorstep. We are a short drive from the beautiful towns of Ambleside, Grasmere and more.

Here at Bowness Guest House we have a relaxed and laid back approach to life, we feel everybody works too hard and doesn’t get chance to fully unwind. Therefore we don’t make you get up early for breakfast! (not everybody wants a full English anyway) Have a lie in and relax, its your holiday!
